Social experiments that really don’t follow standards and stringent settings. But regardless, it does reveal some valuable and heartwarming results. Humanity is alive and well, just as vibrant as ever.
It is often said that struggle and adversity builds character. It’s also said that struggle and adversity doesn’t build character, it reveals character. Sounds pretty cool. But in reality, it is sort play on words. After giving both statements some thought, I think they are both true, and the same to some extent. I definitely know the first one to be true, that growth comes from the struggles and adversities, maturing our characters making us more empathetic. But, I can’t rule out the role genetics play in this, and temperament roots we are born with from the get go.
